Recovery Coaching is a form of strengths-based support for people in recovery from alcohol, drugs, codependency or other addictive behaviors. Our Recovery Coach Professionals will not only motivate and inspire your loved ones, but also support them in making a complete lifestyle change. Most people new in recovery struggle with the “how to” of making a complete lifestyle change. We work with your loved ones to find what works best for them, to support and create their new lifestyle. Working one on one, coaches develop a close bond and trusted relationship, and will tailor services to their individual needs and goals.
We do not believe there is only one way to recover and we support all pathways. Creating a healthy lifestyle change includes a change in daily routines and relationships. We strongly encourage peer support, as it is vital for anyone in recovery to develop relationships with others on the same path. Our coaches will spend their days working closely to introduce new experiences and relationships in a number of different settings, to help make and sustain a healthy lifestyle change.

We strongly believe that once an individual can find purpose in their life, they will find the value in staying sober. We are not 12 step affiliated, sponsors or babysitters. We are an extra support for you or your loved one. We utilize multiple pathways to recovery and high functioning habits to provide a new way of life, which demands positive daily action.
